By initiating the Rhoe Method and securing access to the Rhoe OS, you agree to the following operational terms regarding your recurring membership. Read these directives carefully. We operate on absolute clarity.

1. RECURRING AUTHORIZATION (BILLING)

The Rhoe OS is a living biological architecture. By selecting "Monthly Access," you authorize Tom Rhoe Architecture to charge your provided payment method $39.99 USD on a recurring 30-day cycle.

  • This authorization remains active until explicitly revoked by you.

  • Your billing cycle begins immediately upon initial transaction and terminal activation.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the capital source on file remains valid to prevent a lapse in protocol access.

2. REVOCATION OF ACCESS (CANCELLATION)

You maintain the right to terminate your connection to the system at any time. However, we do not entertain trial mentalities.

  • To revoke your access, you must log into the Manage Access terminal on your customer account page prior to your next billing date.

  • Revocation must be executed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to prevent auto-renewal.

  • If you revoke access mid-cycle, your credentials will remain active until the end of your current 30-day period. Upon expiration, you will be locked out of the App, the 4K Kinetic Database, and the Bio-Telemetry tracking suite.

3. THE ZERO-REFUND MANDATE

The Rhoe OS delivers immediate, proprietary intelligence and unadulterated biological code. Once the system is accessed, the architecture cannot be "returned."

  • There are absolutely no refunds.

  • We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for mid-cycle revocations.

  • Failure to execute the protocol (i.e., "not using the app") does not qualify you for a refund. The system is available; the discipline to use it is your responsibility.

4. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS & VALUATION

As the Rhoe OS evolves, the system's structural value increases. We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of the monthly access.

  • Should the valuation of the protocol increase, all active members will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice via email before any changes are applied to their billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove specific kinetic databases or tracking features within the app to ensure peak system performance.

5. ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

Your credentials are for your individual biological calibration only. Sharing terminal access, distributing the proprietary "Clean Sweep" index, or copying the visual execution standards is strictly prohibited. Violation of this directive will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Rhoe ecosystem without refund.
